Cinnamon, from aromatic cinnamon bark. This is true cinnamon, a.k.a Ceylon cinnamon (as opposed to Cassia). Typically used to flavour hot drinks and desserts, or for some savoury dishes. Please note Ceylon cinnamon can originate from other countries of origin (e.g. Madagascar), as it relates to the variety of tree, rather than country of production.
