THE STORY
Brazil | Lazaro Ribeiro | Whole Bean
Bold, smooth, sweet. This is exactly what we look for in Brazilian coffee. Capturing that 'traditional' Brazilian profile in the highest quality, where you can taste the difference in a coffee that's been farmed with the utmost care. Peach, dark chocolate, sugarcane molasses and cherry.
Moving from the fuel industry, Lazaro followed his passion for coffee (like many of us) and made the move to make coffee farming and production his full time business. Constantly driving for quality, at least 70 percent of the coffee Lazaro produces qualifies as speciality grade.
These beans were sourced for us by Kamba Coffee, a small importing company based in London that we share values with. They source responsibly, pay fair prices and maintain long term relationships with producers. All good things we're happy to support.
