Cumin is a member of the carrot family from North Africa. The seeds resemble caraway seeds but are hot and pungent. Widely used in Central American, North American and Indian cooking. Best added at the start of cooking, use in curries, dips and soups. May contain traces of celery seed or mustard seeds.

Storage: Cool, dry & hygienic; away from direct light & strong odours. Once opened keep in an air tight container for freshness.
