Haricot beans are a wonderfully versatile and nutritious choice of bean. Create delicious stews and fritters, casseroles and soups or even your very own baked beans in tomato sauce. Just add passata, smoked paprika and tomato puree, some fresh onion, garlic and celery and a little sea salt and olive oil. Serve on freshly toasted sourdough bread.
